Ben provides asset management consulting services to cities, counties, utility districts and engineering firms focused on Asset Management evaluations,  strategic planning, asset management plans, critical asset identification, business processes optimization, gap analysis, workload analysis, capital project prioritization, CMMS and AMS implementation and configurations services. 

Ben regularly delivers workshops and presentations on Infrastructure Asset Management and performed multiple Asset Management Evaluations, development of business process and workflow analysis, supporting training manual documentation, GIS data schema development and analysis.
