We evaluate your current Asset  Management Programs maturity against best practices in the industry.  Looking across 12 business areas to find gaps and produce a final recommendations report that identifies the level of effort on the clients end as well as areas that outside consultants will be needed and their costs.

Asset Inventory (GIS), Asset Hierarchy, and other fundamental building block requirements to prepare for the implementation of an Asset Management Program.

Working with the client we will walk through a specific system (e.g. Water) and develop an Asset Management Plan (AMP).  Hitting all of the core components.  Asset Inventory, Level of Service, Condition Methodology and rating, Risk - Likelihood of Failure and Consequence of failure to assign a risk score based on scoring criteria.  Asset Life-cycle and Long-term Funding strategy.  The final section will document the Implementation Road map and its timeline.

We work with the client as their Asset Management in-house expert .  Sitting on the same side of the table when evaluating CMMS software all the way through training.  Always remaining neutrality and giving pertinent advice and recommendations to the client.
